Terms & Conditions

Please read these before ordering.

1) Payments:
Payment must be received in full before we will accept and process your order. We reserve the right to restrict or refuse any order for any reason. You will be notified of your order by a confirmation e-mail. This will constitute a contract on your behalf to purchase your chosen products.

2) Availability:
If for any reason we are not able to deliver an ordered product, we will refund you in full including the postage and packaging. If only part of the order is delivered we will refund you the price of that product only.

3)Delivery:
We will strive to post items within 2 to 3 working days for Royal Mail deliveries (normally 2 to 3 working days for courier deliveries) of full payment.

Item's will be delivered by Royal Mail First Class Post or by a Courier or by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery/Royal Mail Special Delivery (dependent on weight + size of parcel).

Delivery will be to the address you specify upon purchase, and will require a signature on delivery. Please ensure someone will be available to sign for your package, or arrange for your item to be delivered to a work address. ( No deliveries to P.O. box  addresses ).

For deliveries outside MAINLAND U.K. (England/Wales/Scotland) purchases will be sent by STANDARD AIRMAIL and will not tracked.

4) Pricing:
Errors in pricing can occur, and our prices including postage costs are subject to change without notice.
If this happens you will be notified by e-mail.

5) Returns + Refunds:
If you wish to return a product because you have changed your mind about it, please do so within 14 days of purchase. Please e-mail us to confirm return. The item must be in mint condition, unused and in original packaging. Upon receiving the item we will refund you your original purchase price but not the postage cost or return post and packing.

If your item is faulty, please contact us. We will replace or refund the item and refund any return postage costs. ( please use the form on the contact us page )

6) Privacy Policy:
All information collected through the ordering or e-mail process will be used exclusively by us, for the purposes of our own records and will not be given to a third party. We will only use the information to contact you about our products and services. If you do not wish to be contacted you may choose at any time to opt out by sending us confirmation by e-mail.

7) Security:
Our secure web pages are being hosted by a Secure Hosting Co. who use a 128bit Thawte SSL to ensure secure transmission of your information.

8) Complaints:
If you have a complaint please contact us by e-mail. ( please use the form on contact us page )

Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays to deliveries due to any postal strikes! This is out of our hands.
