Help - How to order online:

Ordering is easy, once you have selected the product you wish to purchase just click on the "add to basket" button.
Once you have finished choosing you can view your purchase list by clicking on the "view basket" button.

All buttons relating to purchase and 'your basket' are located in the top right hand side of the window.
When you are ready to purchase click on the "checkout" button, you will then be asked for your name, billing address, contact number and delivery address.

Postage & Packaging: MAINLAND U.K. ONLY!

Orders up to the value of £4.94 will be charged a £1.99 postage fee. Items will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post. Orders valued between £4.95 and £9.94 will be charged a £2.99 postage fee. Items will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post.Orders valued  over £9.95 will be sent via a courier service on a 'two working day (48 hours) delivery' where available and charged a £7.99 fee. Mainland UK only (Does not include Scottish islands,Isle of Man,Isle of Wight,Channel Islands,Northern Island etc.,), and subject to the following exceptions: JE, GY, ZE, BT, IM, KW, IV and HS postcodes, or by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery post according to weight + size.. If you are not sure, please contact us to check! For deliveries OUTSIDE MAINLAND UK, please contact us for postage fee details via our 'contact us' page. Items sent via courier cannot be sent to PO BOX addresses.


Please fill in the rest of the purchase procedure information i.e. once you click on "submit order" button you will be transferred to our secure server to enter your payment info. Your order will be processed by Ottima Gifts and a confirmation of your order details will be e-mailed to you.

Payment by Cheque:

Follow the above procedure but instead of clicking on the "submit order" button, please print out this page and send it with your cheque made payable to Ottima Ltd. to the address below.
Please note cheques will take 7 working days to clear from receipt so please allow for this in delivery time.

(Please do not forget to add the postage cost into the subtotal of your order).
